Connect Google Ads and Meta Ads safely

A practical checklist for granting only the access Falmana needs and keeping every advertising action under your control.

Why this matters

Falmana connects through the official Google and Meta authorization flows. Your platform password is never shared with Falmana, and you can revoke access from the provider at any time.

01

Before you connect

Confirm that you are an administrator of the advertising account or have permission from the account owner. For Google Ads, note the customer ID and, when relevant, the manager account (MCC) that controls it. For Meta, confirm that the ad account belongs to the correct Business Portfolio.

  • Use a work email protected by multi-factor authentication.
  • Start with a test account or a low-risk account.
  • Review who can approve changes inside your Falmana workspace.
02

Connect Google Ads

Open Connections, choose Google Ads, and continue to Google. Select the Google identity that has direct or manager access, review the requested Google Ads permission, and approve it. Falmana then discovers the accounts that identity can manage.

  • Choose the correct MCC when several managers are available.
  • Select only the client accounts you want Falmana to read.
  • Run the first synchronization in read-only mode.
03

Connect Meta Ads

Choose Meta Ads, continue with Facebook Login for Business, and select the Business Portfolio and ad accounts you want to expose. Keep the requested ads permissions enabled so Falmana can read performance and prepare actions.

  • Do not grant unrelated Pages or businesses.
  • Keep the Meta app in controlled testing until the workflow is validated.
  • Confirm that your pixel and conversion events belong to the selected ad account.
04

Validate the connection

A healthy connection should show the account name, platform, latest synchronization time, and a clear status. Start by asking Falmana for a 30-day account summary. No campaign change is required for this test.

  • Compare spend and conversions with the native platform.
  • Check that currencies and time zones match.
  • Disconnect immediately if an unexpected account appears.
