Turn recommendations into controlled actions

How to review evidence, understand impact, and approve only the advertising changes you intend to make.

Why this matters

The agent should make decisions easier to inspect—not hide them. Falmana separates analysis, proposals, approvals, and execution so the person responsible for spend remains in control.

01

Read the evidence

Every proposal should identify the affected account and campaign, the metric that triggered it, the comparison period, and the expected outcome. If the evidence is incomplete, ask the agent to explain or refresh the data before approving.

02

Check the blast radius

A bid adjustment on one ad group is not the same risk as publishing a new campaign or increasing an account-wide budget. Review the exact object, current value, proposed value, and whether the action can be reversed.

  • Account and campaign identifiers
  • Current and proposed settings
  • Estimated daily or monthly spend impact
  • Rollback path and monitoring window
03

Set approval rules

During rollout, keep all write actions subject to human approval. Later, low-risk actions can be delegated within strict boundaries—for example, alerting on anomalies or applying labels—while budget and publishing decisions stay protected.

04

Review the history

Use the decision history to see who approved an action, when it ran, what the provider returned, and whether the expected effect appeared. This log is the foundation for learning which strategies work for each account.
